Is the nutube preamp, poweramp or both?

If its preamp only then why bother?

It's the poweramp and output stages that make* the unique and desirable tones of a valve amp.

My $0.02 and it's worth every cent.

It's going to have to be a pretty big fluro tube to get to power amp capability. :)
