I’ll be available from 10:30, 11-ish.
Any news regarding the renovations, Tim?
Hi Michael, we won't be starting till mid-Sept so the space is available. It depends on how many people want to come: It'd be comfortable for up to about ten people.
Cheers,
Tim
That's fantastic, Tim.

I doubt there'd be more than 10 but all the more reason to indicate interest as soon as possible.

Regards,
Michael

I’ve just confirmed things with the missus who has kindly agreed to being elsewhere: I reckon we should cap it at 12 people. I’ve also got a gorgeous Epifani PS 410 on hand to showcase the full range of Michael’s babies.
Let’s say a 2:30pm start. Address to be sent by pm to confirmed attendees, but it’s very accessible (just north of the Harbour Bridge).
Who’s in?
Eleven. Exactly. One louder.

Great stuff Tim. Still awaiting timings for my son’s football gala day but should be good to attend. I can bring a Berg Ref 210 cab and Genz Benz Streamliner head if we want alternative amp/can options?

Excellent,

I really appreciate this, Tim. I’ll be there with the full complement including a special delivery. I’ll also bring the Magellan 800 head and one of the Genzler BA12-3 cabs. Really looking forward to it.

Regards,
Michael

OK, folks,

Only 2 weeks to go (plus a couple of days). A massive thank you to Tim who's providing the venue - I really appreciate that.

So far we have Matt (maxgroover), Bruce (packrat), Owen (bassline) confirmed - I would appreciate if you could send me an email (drbass@me.com) (my forum notifications are playing up atm) so I can send you the address. Looks like Pete (sneakyjak) is interested as well - email please.

Anyone else who would like to come along also please email me directly.

It looks like the official kick-off will be 2:30 but Tim will be there earlier (joke!) and I will be there from some time between 1:30 and 2. I believe we're good for gear (there was mention of some quality gear previously in this thread) but feel free to bring your basses along.

Very much looking forward to this, haven't seen you for a while, will be great to catch up.

Regards,
Michael

Cheers Michael, can't wait to see your new builds!

Along with yours, Matt's and my rigs, we'll be well catered for amp/cab combos so please folks, just bring your basses.

Re parking, there's space for up to three cars in the driveway. Michael will need one and I'll try to move mine out prior to the event. There's a large carpark in the Crows Nest Woolworths up the road (3 mins walk) but there should be plenty of spaces on the street.

Cheers,
Tim

Just a reminder to contact me (PM or email to drbass@me.com) if you'd like to join (feel free to bring your bass(es) for reference but no gear) on Saturday, 25/08. We'll be meeting in Crows Nest (actual address via reply to PM or email).

No pressure, then, Tim ;) .

I'll contact you Friday regarding arrival time etc, depends a little on a couple of other things that might happen.

Michael
