We've got two this weekend:

Tonight (Fri 4th) we are at the Crown Hotel in the Sydney CBD at the corner of Goulburn and Elizabeth streets from 8:30 til midnight.

Sunday we are at the Tates Hawkesbury Hotel at Windsor from 3pm.

No idea what we'll be playing at either gig, but it's mostly some combo of originals, old blues classics and pub-fodder.

Album Launch on Queen's Birthday.

Proudly part of the "Shefest" we'll be playing on Monday at the Central Club in Richmond. Plenty of other bands on the program but we're on at 5:00pm for an action-packed 40 minutes, playing pretty much the whole album.

And yes, I needed painkillers after that shoot - just look at my back ;) .

Regards,
Michael

Wasn't a bad night. First set the guitarists amp started playing up. so he ran to his car and got the spare head he had, then realised he brought the faulty spare. He went back to the marshall. All good - carried on and finished the set.
Second set - the guitarist breaks a string, usually brings a spare guitar, didn't this time. Had to change strings mid set - took a good 10 minutes of awkwardness. finished the set, all good.
third set....no dramas.
Pub got invoice on monday, paid on tuesday = happy band.
