Ooh yeah I noticed! I was just thinking you could even leave it unfinished, which would feel quite good in the hand, but it’s sealed right? Still a P is a P, even my mahogany body P still sounds like a P, moving the pickup slightly did more to change the sound than the entire body being a different wood. Love the look of that rosewood!

It's funny, the neck is sealed but the fingerboard has a thick gloss finish, jono bought his pino over one day to compare and it actually sounds darker than my 57, you can hear in that clip just how bright and bighty this thing is, I'm not sure if it's got something to do with the "handwound 57 pickup", solid rosewood neck, ash body or just that whole combination...the conclusion was they both sounded like a p bass, just different p basses

I was looking a while back to see if they were compatible with Samsung but couldn't find any solid info.... So you use it for rehearsal as well?

I've been using my ampeg scr-di hooked up with my pc into the aux in and headphones for silent practice at home, I purely bought the irig as an input for my phone when recording video, i will download the irig apps later and give them a shot
