at that price it's worth a gamble I reckon

perfect for using with a preamp of your choice.
Loud things: Markbass LittleMark 250, Hartke HA2500 amps, Hartke XL210 cabs
Pretty things: Fender MIA P, MIM P and J, SX J, Takamine ABG
Bands: Los Mescalitos , Distorted Tarts

That is pretty awesome. You could use that for anything really. Small PA or whatever. What a great idea.

A D class amp and power supply in the smallest box that would fit it I presume.

Where was this a few years ago when I was putting together a pedal board that included the amp? Sure there are plenty of lunchbox heads that would do the trick, but the shape of this amp would have worked better.
* 2 Stingray 5's (one heavily modded), Ibanez SR805, Ashbory, + more...
* Carvin B1500, Epifani PS1000, Ashdown Superfly amps.
