Best customer service award goes to...

Post by raybass » 06 Dec 2017, 06:04

I ordered my b| amp from George on Friday. Great deal and fast shipping.

It arrived in Melbourne Saturday morning.

After a brief plug in and play I was very underwhelmed with the sound. So I messaged Bergantino explaining what I was trying to achieve, and asked if they had any suggestions for settings etc to try and get there.

Sunday morning my phone rings. It was Holly Bergantino. She was very apologetic that I was having trouble and explained that Jim wanted to call me to get to the bottom of what was happening, but was stuck in traffic and could he call when he got home!

Sure enough, an hour or so later, the phone rings again. Now I have Jim Bergantino on the line.

He spends the next hour taking me through all the features and functions and helping me tweak the sound.

All at what is 8pm on a Saturday night his time!

Great service all round from sales to support.

Well done George and Jim.

Larry Hartke is well known to do similar acts, and to give free replacement parts, including drivers, to users well beyond the warranty period.

George is fantastic. He answered the phone on holidays for an inquiry on strings (that later led to a purchase).

Also, Matt from Saltmine Repairs is impeccable. Undersells and over-delivers, excellent communication, best in his field.

Acoustic Image products have a lifetime warranty thats fully transferable.

Jim Demeter and Bill Nash are both good as well - they answer emails personally.

So will Kent Armstrong, but he's quite cantankerous

Yeah.. My first dealings with him as I bought my cabs here, but really great guy.

I've dealt with some Muppets in my time, but George is one of the good ones!
