Eneloop pack at Costco at the moment, 8xAA and 4xAAA with charger for $40.
Strings: Fender, Framus, Warwick, Custom

Slightly related question.....why aren't rechargeable batteries recommended? I have a G30 and love it....has never failed me, no interference etc. But I only get maybe 2-3 gigs out of 2 AA batteries. I'd like to go down the rechargeable avenue but always wondered why they are advised against.

coz the corporation that owns Line6 (Yamaha) also owns some alkaline battery companies?

don't listen to them, get eneloops, NOW

devices only care about the + and -s they don't care from whence they came :)

it happened on our first gig hehe. he couldn't work out why my bass wasn't in the mix.

Me: " I'm pretty sure you're meant to plug this into the stage box" (holding end of XLR cable from my amp's DI ) hehe :rolf:
