The display is a nice idea, and it is smaller than my Sanyo Pedal Juice. I can't seem to find the battery capacity though? The Sanyo Pedal Juice is 6600mA

From the manual...
Rated Capacity: 9vDC 500mA
Battery Life:
10 Hrs @ 200mA
20 Hrs @ 100mA
Doesn't sound like it would stand up to our pedal juices Mark for pure grunt, but given how hard they are to find this might be a good compact alternative. Cheaper (maybe?) than the pedal train volto 2, not sure about the joyo as I haven't looked at it yet. Display is a great idea.

I have the Sanyo myself - it takes ages to lose all it juice, which I like. Smaller would mean less time between recharges, which is something I don't want to have to do in the middle of a set.

To baseline the US$149 this costs as I can't find it in AUD anywhere, the Joyo is US$85 and the Volto 2 US$129, so this is more than both... as mentioned can't find a pedal juice so price is not so relevant.
Extra cost means it would have to out perform the volto and be more convenient than under board mounting... not something I'm seeing.

Hi everyone.
Well I blew up my Sanyo, so I'm looking for an alternative - and it looks like the Joyo JMP-01 is a direct clone.
I'm gonna buy one and see how I go.

I've been having problems with my Joyos - the plug connections to the charger are a little loose. Unless I keep a little sideways pressure on the cable they stop charging.
