Cheap 350 watt head

Post by skullsplitter » 24 Oct 2018, 14:29

Asking $175 ono. Located in Korumbuura VIC, can deliver free into Melbourne on the weekend.

"Legacy" brand, I've never heard of them either ☺

Nothing very flash but sounds okay and pumps out some volume. Good for a backup amp or a beginner on a budget.

350 watts into 4 ohms for full output but I ran it at rehearsals into an 8 ohm Fender Neo 115 and had no trouble keeping up with a loud drummer and two cranked guitar amps. Sounded acceptable with a Tech 21 Blonde in front of it, I'd happily gig it if I needed to.

Footswitch socket on the back operates the graphic eq. Not particularly light, guessing probably 8kg. I can throw in an old ugly grey ratsfur 2-space rack sleeve as well if wanted.

Probably a bit over the top? Better drop it to 40c per watt = $140. ☺
Driving to Bendigo area on Monday if anyone up that way is interested.
