FS/FT 2011 Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass SOLD PENDING

Post by FunkyJase » 06 Jul 2018, 18:02

Thinning the herd. I've decided if I havent gigged it - I aint keeping it and last in - first out...
I fell back in love with it for a while but now it's definitely on the block and up for sale or trade...
Im really a P Bass kinda guy anyway and my Frankenbass is killing it.

It plays VERY well, it's pretty damn light and the active EQ makes it stand out like... well it stands out he he...

The blend knob was missing when I got it so I replaced the blend and the volume knobs with metal P bass knobs - I reckon it looks pretty slick. Comes with an SKB hard case.

Ive seen these on Gumtree for around $1900 which seems a pretty fair price but I'll let it go for $1650 + Delivery. (Negotionable)
It's a good flight case so interstate shipping would be a breeze...

Now for the trade option.
A P bass - I'd be pretty keen on a Japanese Fender P + Cash

Located in Frankston/Keysborough but will ship and can meet siomewhere...

Good luck with the sale! If this was a 5, I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat.

Same ol' story.
Boy has bass but doesnt use it.
Boy puts bass up for sale.
Boy cant stop using it.
Boy has second thoughts.
Boy withdraws item from sale
Everybody suffers...

Back for sale but now with a full neck job by David Searle Guitars (pictures taken BEFORE neck job) - It plays like a beast!
Neck adjusted, Frets leveled and a thin shim added...
I fell back in love with it for a while there but it's just cos it plays so bloody well. It still doesn't match my P basses for me even though its easier to play
So to update - I've spent money on making it more awesome AND reduced the selling price - Take this frigging thing away from me he he
