FS Orville by Gibson Thunderbird

Post by fridge_me » 13 Jan 2018, 16:30

Hi all
Taking expressions of interest on my recently acquired Orville T-bird. I just got it but as Murphy’s law would have it another bass came up just after that was on my wish list.

All original, original soft bag, newly restrung with 45-105 Rotosound Nickels. Sounds and plays awesome, frets have a ton of life left and truss rod works great.

$1199 located in Sydney. More pics to come.

Great price. For those who don't know the differences, this model Orville is just like a Gibson in terms of pickup position and neck profile/width (ie. Jazz bass width at the nut). The more common Greco birds have P bass width necks.

Rolling Stoned | The Volts | Doors Alive | Bonza | The Vinyl Beats

Basses: Nash, Fender, Duesenberg, Greco, Ibanez
Rig: Fender Bassman 500 and Neo 410

Endorsing artist: Fender; Cave Passive Pedals
