Not sure if the owner knows what theu have. In the add they say they are selling a Sterling Ray 34 but I think they have and actual Music Man Sterling

P.s. I could never understand the difference between the stingray and the sterling. What is it?

I think the Sterling body may be a little smaller. I think the pre amp/controls are different too. Can anyone confirm?

Body is smaller, neck is closer to jazz, preamp is the same (pretty sure) but pickup switch installed, depending on era has a different pickup magnet material as well
