Sigh, I'm grappling with the scumtree process atm.
The worst are the time wasting lowballers, who try to "build a relationship " with you via long phone calls before low balling you.

Spilling a beer is pretty soft (but it's on the ad so it's good you kept it civil), but in PM's don't be affair to call them out for what they are, tyre kickers, time wasters and lonely men. My guess is GT is 95% pickers/flippers, 5% real buyers and a shout out to a fair amount of hackers/scammers.
