Suggestions for tuning key replacement

These tuning key are kinda $H!T on my 70's Greco.
Anyone recommendations for replacements?

Sitting here waiting for filler to dry so had a look at my usual go to places and couldn’t see anything to match. There are some forums that deal with Greco’s so you could try them but failing that are you hooked on matching them or are you willing to upgrade and have screw holes showing or have the headstock re-sprayed? Because there are lots of options if you want a standard small format tuner.

I've got some of these on a shitty old Ibanez Cimar bass - the post diameters are weird, so make sure you measure that first and check against any replacement tuners that you're looking at.
