Hey Gazza I went to the Ozbass facebook site to check out the site and the first posting I saw was for the Brisbanr GTG but I did not realise that it was made in 2012. So its my fault.

Well everyone , Phil doesn't seem to have the time to organise this GTG, so is anyone able to put their hand up and organise it. I don't live in Bris , so someone in Bris would be best .
Everyone probably won't make it due to personal and gig commitments, but whovever does organise it , can check to see who can't make it, on a date that would need to be confirmed.
Tal , what about you , seems like you'd be good at doing this. Anyone else ???
Cheers,
Gaz

1. Find a venue first and see what dates are available. (must be done locally).
2. Do a poll to see which date is best. (I can help with this).
3. Book it, advertise it. Done.

Well Gary Thanks for the vote of confidence in my organising skills. You should send this recommendation to my wife. She would be in fits of laughter.

Anyone else who can help or organise a venue, and it's availability.
Yes I reckon a poll of who is available on whats left of sept and early october - So guys help out by posting your availablity . That will be a good start.
WE can make this happen !
I'm not up with what venues might be suitable in Bris unfortunately, and it must be local in Brisbane I'm guessing ? Preferably it would be a venue that someone knows and would be suitable .
Let's make this so good that Phil will want to come !

I'll be there if its one of the weeks that I'm off work. Its probably best if you give 4-8 weeks to get everyone reading the forum to find the thread and organise their free time. In the past I've made it a Saturday to leave time for people that may drive or fly from far to get back home and relax a bit on the Sunday. Usually noon to 4pm is good for the times.

For me, my availability for October are the 22 and 29 and for November the 19 and 26
