GK Fusion 550 + 8x10

This was an impulse buy. It’s great sounding. Very loud, very versatile. But not as good as the Mesa all tube monster. Everything works as it should. All the motorised knobs are functional and comes with the footswitch (but missing the cable).

$1250.

Re: Is there a bass overdrive that can go...

I think that you want a pedal with blend control built in if you don’t want an LS2. But I have to say that since I got one I think it’s an essential pedal to have if you’re into overdriven/distorted bass sounds. It immediately makes any distortion pedal sound a lot nicer with bass. The darkglass ped...

Re: HELP - No sound from my rig :(

Sounds like the 15 in the cab is gone. You can test the resistance using a multimeter on the speaker lead terminal. If it’s open then that’s your problem. If you don’t have a multimeter you can use a battery to test the speaker. Google for instructions.

Look at the soundcraft, Behringer/Midas digital mixers. All remote controlled by phone/tablet. Built in effects included.

Re: Weird Markbass issue.

So when you tried it again, it was with a different head or with the integrated head? If it still isn’t working with the integrated head then yeah, the head has failed. Why? Don’t know. I assume it still powers on? Try see if the preamp still works

Re: NBD: Ibanez BTB1606

I actually had a BTB-676 before and it was a reasonably comfortable bass to play. The action wasn't as good as this one though. The 676 plugged in just sounded dull - i couldn't get a nice sound out of it. The 1606 has a much better pickup and preamp combination with a lot more tone shaping and soun...

NBD: Ibanez BTB1606

It's kinda hard to say no when something as beautiful as this is looking at you. It plays and sounds just as nice. Surprisingly light and the action is super low, with no buzzes anywhere. https://i.imgur.com/KMb5xGV.jpg https://i.imgur.com/62DfFkX.jpg https://i.imgur.com/j7EwTIM.jpg https://i.imgur....

Re: Interstate trip

Hope you find someone willing to loan you one, but seriously a bass in a solid hard case with adequate packing is pretty damn safe. Dunno what horror stories you've heard.

Re: Ebay thread PART TWO - the good, bad, and ridiculous...

I just had a look at the g30 and I was surprised to see it runs over the already congested 2.4ghz band. I’d steer clear of it personally. It’s basically on the same band as every Tom dick and harry’s Wireless network. If you’re playing with one of those PA setups which has wireless control of the mi...
