RobC's Lefty Dakota Red Jazz - #032

Postby Phil » 12 Feb 2017, 16:52

Here's a bunch of photo's from Rob's build. It's a left-handed Jazz bass with Dakota Red finish on the body and headstock. Complemented with Aguilar Pickups,OBP-3 preamp and a D-Tuner. It's also a short scale @ 32" This bass should be ready for delivery in about a month.

Looks great. I would be interested in how you find the sound of Aguilar pickups vs the Nordstrands you have used in the past.

I'll let you know when I plug it in Adam :D I'm not expecting a huge difference though as they're both wound to vintage specs.
