Damn. RIP. Saw him only once, in Nashville with Bo Diddley in 2003.

Not dead, but it doesn't look good.

I saw him and the Heartbreakers when they were Bob Dylan's band in '86. Ended up being a 2.5-3hr show. Mark Knopfler jammed with them for the encore, which went for an hour. Superb band and Tom was the perfect foil for Bob.
