40 kilos? no wonder my back hated it. Halfway up a double storey set of stairs I felt it slipping, so I let go, if it broke I'd borrow someone else's amp, I had stopped caring. It slid all the way down to the basement level with a loud thud. Worked first time and for the next five years til I traded it in lol.
Solid as a brick....coz it's made from bricks lol
I got given a Peavey power amp some time back. 250w/channel. One of the channels was fried. This thing weighed something like 30kg all on it's own. The transformer inside it was 4x6x6" block of solid metal.

So yeah, loving my TH350. :D

Although I’m not a fan of them individually one of the best bass tones I’ve achieved was paring the VT in front of a TH500. Something about that combination just clicks!

Here's my small rig -
49lbs for the cab and the amp weighs next to nothing.
You so do want to play this with a P-Bass.

I tried a Fender Rumble 500 into the Rumble 115 cab yesterday, I thought it sounded fantastic especially for the price. I liked the cab much more than either of the Markbass cabs I tried.
