At apartment volumes so far it is :D compared to the momark the tte is slightly more pillowy and girthy, where the momark is a lot more tighter, but still plenty of clarity from the tte, will be an interesting weekend Friday night I'll run the tte into the epifani t310 then Saturday will be the berg

I bet the Berg will be a better match than the Epi, given the tubey vibe and natural compression of the TTE.

Tonight's Christmas Carols stupidity...

Interesting gig really, soundwise. Firstly, gotta say, the B3 is full of tasty sounds. I ran it on 4xAAs instead of the power supply to keep more cables off the stage. I spent most of tonight using the Avalon U5 patch with a slight comp. I had some robot sounds up my sleeve but I got distracted. Secondly, the undercover area we were in at a local community centre actually accentuated the low mids/lows. Really weird. Surrounded by glass and a wavy steel roof I was expecting the opposite. The sound tech mentioned the same thing. So I ended up cranking the power amp more than I was expecting, but all good. :)

Gotta say, tonal nirvana, 5 piece to about 100 people with no PA support and the master is between 8-9 o'clock and it's kicking ass

Yeah I'm very happy with it! Even with the momark the nv412 is killer, i tried the marks with aphekgregs ae212 and am so very tempted to sell the 310 and buy that :D

Right there is the problem in trying out Bergantino gear. You indefinitely feel compelled to buy it.

How does the NV412 stand up against the tone from a CN212 (if you have tried one that is)?

I have the CN212 and love it but wanted a 412. Just worried that the NV series will differ too much from the CN/HDN.
