Best set up suggestion

Post by barryalen1992 » 12 Jul 2018, 17:03

I want to try to eliminate a buzz on my E string.

Who would you unequivocally vouch for? Provided that I'm currently living in Sydney.

I’ve yet to get over to saltmine but Alan Rigg has looked after several of my basses.

I reckon if you post some pics of your neck, showing relief around the middle frets and a shot of the saddles, someone here might spot an obvious cause that could be easily fixed with a tweak. If not you were gonna take it to a tech anyway. Lot's of great luthiers here to help
Loud things: Markbass LittleMark 250, Hartke HA2500 amps, Hartke XL210 cabs
Pretty things: Fender MIA P, MIM P and J, SX J, Takamine ABG

I had a similar thing dealt with along with a full setup at Wild Horse. only cost $90 and did a great job (esp since I'd tried to fix the problem with the loose tuner myself and messed it up  )
