Absolutely no need to apologise Heath, YOU didn't lose it, Aust Post did.

I rang them on Friday, and all they could do was agree with me that "yes it's a week overdue".

I asked them to find it, they told me they can't do anything until the sender rings up. I calmly explained that CLEARLY the sender SENT the item and Aust Post RECEIVED the item, so obviously it's lost within AP. Truely useless service.I asked her why she even bothered to answer the phone if all she did was read the same tracking info that I could, stupendous.

Well, it's now being investigated. Doesn't mean we get to find the pedals, but at least someone within Australia Post is on the ball!

In 1986 I did the Australia Post and Telecom entrance exams.

Australia Post called me in, said I finished in the top ten out of 1600 entrants.

Great, I said, when do I start?

Oh, no, we don't have a job for you, just letting you know you're at the top of the waiting list.

If you don't have TEN jobs, why test 1600? FFS!

Glad I didn't get a job there.

Let's not forget, they get a bonus for delivering 95% of the mail, or as I like to see it, losing 5% of all the years mail ! 5% !!!!!

5% of ten million items is....HALF A MILLION ITEMS! mine is one of them hehe

Boy oh boy, my Grunt finally arrived, no thanks to AP lol.

Great looking piece of kit for sure.

Except I broke it trying to find where to plug the 9V in......:) :bat:

cheers Heath,great pedal, great price.

Anyone got advice on where in my chain it should go?

current setup: Pure Boost> MXR Bass Comp>Tuner>ODB3 OD>Sansamp PBDDI>MXR Phase 90>MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe>MXR SmartGate. I'm using the Sansamp as a pre-amp not a DI,thus it's in the middle, but maybe it should be last?
I'm thinking the Grunt should go before the Sansamp, like the ODB3 is?

Any chance of still getting to test one out?

All tours, except the TTC tour, are cancelled due to the unique way the postal services are losing, or tremendously delaying, any packages. Sorry.

However, the TTC acts similar to a clean Grunt when the compression knob is at minimum, so you might want to ask Mark if you could jump in on that tour.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
Heath
