Don Martin's (Mi Sex) JBass Stolen from St Kilda

Post by mkat » 10 May 2015, 21:38

Hi all,

Steve Balbi has informed that Don Martin's Fender Jazz Bass was stolen last night (9/5/2015).

Steve's post on his FB site follows...

"MISSING BASS"
This bass was last seen in a band room at the Palais Theatre in St Kilda Melbourne last night, 9/5/15.
Any Information regarding it's whereabouts would be greatly appreciated. It belongs to Don Martin from MI Sex.
You can contact us via Mi Sex facebook page or reply to this email.
It's not really worth anything to anyone as it is such a distinctive piece and will eventually be found.
We trust that the good spirit in us all, will help return this instrument to it's rightful owner sooner rather than later.
Please pass this email onto any one and everyone you feel may help in our search, facebook, twitter etc....
Thank you in advance.

Apparently, a 1962 fender jazz. distinctive wear marks between the pickups from Don's playing style.
