Sold : Ashdown LB30 Bass Head

Post by Dazza76 » 09 Jan 2018, 00:30

Great little 30W all tube bass head that won’t break the bank nor your back. Excellent for studio work or low volume gigs/jam sessions. Works great for guitar too.

Lots of features : low/hi input, efx send/return, 3-band eq with freq shift, mute, 4 & 8 ohm speaker out, DI output.

In good condition. No issues. Sounds and functions like it should. Priced to move. $400. Can post at buyers expense.

This is a bargain price for a unique amp!

I own a "Little Bastard" and some much more expensive amps. Although the more powerful amps come out for band, it is almost always the LB on top of the cabs in my practise room.

Any idea what it would cost to ship to Melbourne?

Great amp. A friend uses one in full gigs. Great tone and enough oomph. Everything gets pushed through the PA anyway. So it's a perfect on stage monitor amp.

I'd buy it if I didn't just purchase a Bassman basket case and finish repairing it.

Twitter - a mix of all of the above

Hi guys. I’ve had some interest from members here which may require freighting this amp. As my reply has been, i’m quite apprehensive about doing so due to lack of proper packaging and risking damaging it. Hopefully i can get that sorted but for now only local sale possible.

Location Perth W.A.

Up to you but really freighting or simply posting these is no probs. Either remove the tubes or stuff a bit of tissue or newspaper around em and leave em in place. Just pack with bubble wrap them pack and box.
I've received and sent tube amps all over the world and the ONLY time there's been a problem was with a THOMANN packed brand new amp coming from Germany. Every other.... from SVTs to Aus Eminars... all have been safe as houses.

I espcially had zero probs with the Li'l B. ...2x. :peep:

Location of amp??
