FS: Lab Systems SOLD

Post by matt_bass » 31 Dec 2016, 10:04

Ok, maybe I'm having some sort of midlife crisis or developed a drug habit I don't know about but I'm putting my Labby VP 600 head and 410HPX can up for sale...

This head was bought brand new about 13 years ago. The only time it ever failed was when I foolishly put larger rubber feet on it to support it in the rack it is currently in and screwed through the fan!... All which was repaired by it's genius creator Mr Tim Evans, who couldn't stop laughing when he rang me to tell me what the issue was.

Tim has also modded the Hi Mid and Treble which improved the amps overall tone... I don't know what he did exactly but it improved the amp!

Other issue is the power switch no longer works. The amp is always on, I use a power board with a switch to turn it on and off... It has been this way for 6-7 years and never had an issue.

Some wear and tear from general use but overall in great condition as has always been racked.

The 410 was also purchased brand new by me as a standard HLC cab however it has had all 4 speakers replaced with 410HPX spec speakers. It is now rated at about 1400 watts @ 8 ohms when tested. Fair bit of general wear and tear but still kicks arse... SMS for better pics.

Selling because I'm playing a lot less nowadays and using Class D amps and smaller rigs for convenience. This rig is just wasted not destroying ears...

Pics... Prev pics cannot be shared due to issue with photobucket... Here's a link with pics. Of course if you'd like more shoot me an SMS and I'll send some.

SOLD

Matt 0403197477, Kilsyth.

Its amazing, but I don't use it... Still no one seems interested so it will most likely remain in my possession, which is fine by me!
