Pavel had looked at closing down and retiring. This was massive news and disappointment for all who wanted to get a bass made by this amazing luthier. Well due to loyal following and requests he is not going to retire and is continuing to carryon producing custom basses, acoustic guitars and guitars. Also he is taking it to a new level and having a low cost Jazz Bass line made which will still be custom but selling around the $3500 mark in Australia.

Currently we are just about to receive 2 basses into stock. Mark Peric's Signature 5 string Aryel bass and My Custom 5 string Aryel Bass. Below are some pics of my bass and just the quality that comes with Pavel's custom basses.

I can attest to this. It's a great playing bass. Perhaps the only turn-off is the non-standard EMG electronics, and the fact that there are two empty holes in the top where toggle-switches would usually go. I think it would move a lot faster if it had either the Pavel electronics, or a Bart system like yours and Marks new one.

Yep totally agree. To do that it would have to go back to Pavel in USA. Said he would sell it in seconds there. So would not come back to OZ.....
