Are you sick and tired of carrying around your massive rigs, basses and gear into a gig? THUMP MUSIC found Gruv Gear and were blown away. This gear is made by a bass player for all musicians. THey have some massive guys using their gear and we want to brand and establish them in Australia. We have full video from Jay who is the owner of Gruv Gear coming out next week and through our newsletter.

The unit comes with full extended warranty and it built to hold massive amounts of weight but make it easy for the user to move and transport goods.

PERFECT FOR THE WORKING MUSICIAN.

This thing looks great, and appears to be pretty compact folded up.

Another review direct from NAMM board of reviewers. They choose only the top products that were displayed at NAMM in 2010.

GRUV GEAR
I don’t move furniture, studio equipment, stage sets, lights, speaker cabinets, or amplifiers, but if I did, boy-oh-boy would I want the Gruv Gear V-Cart Solo. Described as the “ultimate personal gear transport cart for musicians,” this is the best way to get your gear on a roll. In a fast-paced presentation at NAMM, they quickly took the cart through all of four configurations: 4-wheel platform, 2-wheel dolly, 4-wheel tilted “V,” and its compact folded mode. “We all love it when it’s time to get on stage,” says Jay Baldemor, Founder and CEO of Gruv Gear, “but there hasn’t been much progress in making things easier between gigs, so we got the idea to work in this arena. Before the V-Cart Solo, the choices were very limited: clunky carts, overpriced carts, carts that were made for other purposes.” From what I saw, all that has changed because the V-Cart Solo is the next best thing to having your own roadie.

I just bought a bunnings trolley, but I do like the look of these. I'd almost consider leaving my cab on the trolley in V mode for the gig so it's tilted up towards my head (I hate blowing the best part of my sound through my legs).

Any pricing info yet? And how much do they weigh?
2 very different Stingray 5's (one ceramic one alnico), MTD Heir 5 with Nordy NJ5S neck pickup, Acoustic Image Focus 1 amp , Sennheiser IEM, Lots of DIY neo/lightweight cabs including one made from fiberglass, lots of others stuff.

Pricing will be around the $299 to $329 mark. Availability from End of April onwards.

Gear comes with 3 year warranty and we carry all additional parts if there is any issue to look after you warranty wise.

Please do not rank this gear in the same ball park as anything you would get from Bunnings or hardware shop.

Top notch gear that will assist you in moving gear if you are a bass player, guitarist or drummer...

Hey Jon,

What material are the wheels made out of on the V-Cart?
Alot of trolleys that I've seen musicians use, that have a rigid plastic wheels don't last that long.

Also, what are the dimensions of the trolley platform? Whilst the V-Cart looks handy for 4x10 cabs, it looks like a stack of 1x12's might not be wide enough to rest on the platform frame...
