Does anyone know where they're moving to?
Not too many of those in the country I would think considering how expensive they normally are.

Yeah, that price is very reasonable. Im not after a bass head but if I was I wouldnt hesitate on this. Pretty sure it will sell quickly.

Hi Guys, not sure what I think on the Warwick Sonic III - any feedback guys?
It seems so cheap, but it also seems pretty old, and then I have to get it here.

If anyone would be prepared to grab it (or something else) for me; please PM me. But to be clear... I'm not sure as yet.

I've cleared my morning, with permission from the music team (the wife) and am heading in. Somebody was very sneaky yesterday and sent me photos of what was there.....
... dial in some "J" to angry it up!

Got gear but little talent!

There are some pics up on Facebook, apparently they had 300 people there yesterday (massive queue), and a few shots of what's there. I saw a Warwick 610, or 810, RRP 3,400, sale price 900. Crazy stuff.

Good thing I don't need anything (plus I need to get ready for this afternoon's video taping :) ).

Have fun, and please report back, Blaine.

Michael

I got there at 10:15 Saturday morning, stood out in the mile long queue in the sun for about 15 minutes, it didnt move an inch and it looked like the wait would be over an hour at best, so I got back in the car and drove home. Im obviously not as patient as I used to be. :/

Will head back later today as it sounds like its not as crowded. Looks like a successful two days for Dominant.......well done guys.

Wonder why there's such a queue/wait?

And obviously you didn't need anything urgently or desperately, Ivan ;) .

And off I go to Mr Boogie Man Bar ... .

I got there at maybe 9.40 and was in the first 25 in the door. By the time they opened at 10 there were hundreds of people behind me. They only let a small number of people in at a time which was brilliant once i was in as i got the assistance i wanted and i could look at stuff in my own time without stressing about a crowd. The deals on the basses were brilliant. All the custom shop warwicks were under $3000. They had a really beautiful corvette jazzman that sounded incredible but weighed a tonne so i put that back on the rack. The 2014 fortress ltd edition was great to play too but i cant get over that ridiculous looking upper horn. They had a corvette $$, a streamer series 1 i think, a red vampyre, another fortress, a handful of pro series and rockbass too. I ended up getting the custom shop streamer cv. Holy crap its great. I really wasnt going to get a bass but i am a total warwick fangirl so i got sucked in. got a great deal. If that bleached blonde had been a 4 i would have bought it without even playing it. They had stacks of guitars, ukes, some orchestral strings, trumpets, flutes, millions of cases, strings straps etc. i didnt need anything else and after spending a chunk on the bass i didnt think i should spend anymore. Very happy with my streamer. Will post pics when i get around to it.
