Funny you should say that...we're making poutine Tuesday night, from a packet mix that travelled from Canada...a send off for my cuz who's heading back home to Toronto/Whistler next week. And Phil - say hi to GSP for me :D

Hey Phil, you never updated us on how your mate liked the acoustic...

perhaps you can persuade him to make a recording ... I'd love to hear it. Would be fantastic to A/B it with a J45.

It's incredibly easy to make real, as opposed to packet, cheese curds if you want poutine. All you need is milk and some sort of acid, like vinegar or lime juice, and a strainer.
