Great stuff mate!Nicely played, tight pocket and good arrangements. I dig your singer's vibe too.
Keep it up, good luck with the launch!

Hey guys,
Plenty happening for my band BB Factory at the moment. We were #1 on the iTunes Blues Charts for about 24 hours on the 3rd November (probably because of pre-sales)

and seem to be getting some air play around the place. We are finishing recording an album, officially released the first single "Save Me" on Friday 3rd November. Personally really happy with the finished product and looking forward to finishing the album.
Obviously we've been recording but also doing magazine photo shoots and interviews and have a nice little run of gigs around South East Queensland this month culminating in a support show for Hammond Mad Man Lachy Doley at the Sound Lounge at Currumbin.
All recording done at Clockwork Studios Ashmore, mastered by Paul Blakey at 12th & Vine, video by Pedro.
Gold Coast based music magazine Blank GC did an article on us releasing the single and had an exclusive release of the single and video -

Yes, love it. Singer has some Charles Bradley and Ty Taylor vibe in his voice.
Thanks fellas, certainly having some fun with it and enjoying the crowds reactions to the originals. Most of the time I think they wish we had more hahaha.

Ahh should of gone into detail, run the Sandberg through my tech 21 flyrig into the momark which is running the rs212 which is micd up, had the tube pre running a little dirty, then out of the tuner out of the momark into the input of the Tc rh450 which was set super clean and compressed, so the tracks will have a mix of miked cab and the 2 amps di'd

Clip of my band some time ago. I just put the guys together, last minute thing and I think this was the first time we played together. No rehearsal or anything like that. Groove felt good.

We have added some horns to our soul tribute band for larger gigs. I took the opportunity to record some live audio from a recent performance. Just some classic soul tunes. 2 Aretha tracks because the lead singer loves doing Aretha.
I just love the funk of Rocksteady
We now have the video together as well

Lowgroove, that's a great video.
Thanks - we won a band comp last year and put the winnings into a decent promo video. Hoping it may get us a few gigs.
I see you also go with the 2 female vox - I find it draws attention away from the rest of us (in a good way).
I really like that Simply Red track, sounds good.

New band, PBT. Here's a live track from last night's rehearsal.
First time we've ever played the song together. Probably the first time I've ever played the whole song.
