Last Thursday morning in Nagambie, supporting Neal Daniher's MND Drive.

First gig with this particular line-up, everyone played superbly, and apparently FOH sound was outstanding as well. Plus we supported a very good cause - win on all fronts.

Michael

Last Friday at The Castle Hotel in Melbourne, first real gig with the "new" cover band Big Night Out. We had some fun.

Some advanced stage gymnastics (well, at least for an SOF ;) ):

Last Saturday night's gear.

First time the Flying V has had a gig in over 35 years, I think. Actually sounds pretty good!

Here I am with the Andy Wallace band a couple of weeks ago in Bendigo. We play there 7-8 times a year. Such a fun gig. Lots of people, no pokies, no DJ, big room...

A couple of weeks ago at the Ellington, in Perth. Performed Clapton’s 461 Ocean Boulevard album in it’s entirety, then a set of other songs associated with Clapton. Full house - not bad for a Monday night.

That’s Bill Blissett on Keys.

I don't have Foxtel, but I understand that there will be a brief clip of my band on Fox Sports 1 tonight somewhere between 7.30 and 8pm in a segment of a show called "just for kicks"
Our drummer has a football related book out that he's flogging & they'll show us as an instance of what he also does in his spare time.

Thankfully it has a mighty fine house PA at the moment. So it's not a big deal with a markbass combo. ;)
