The double wall filters are a (metaphorically) cheap shortcut to crema for the 90% of donks using preground stale coffee. Get rid of em ! I just bought a sunbeam conical for $20 on ebay. Jc last night was classic rock for which i use setting 3 and a touch of bass, sometimes no 4, touch of bass and both mid buttons on. in my hip hop thing i use a sansamp for comp and bass boost and just go into a flat amp on setting I love this big heavy beast so much for the girth it gives to my sou...

So i took out the big rig last night....

Just to a rehearsal mind you, and my God it was worth the lug.

No incessant twiddling with EQs, no plotting what to buy next to make it sound good,

Goes to show that the juice really is worth the squeeze and that while the idea of a one hand carry rig is great, nothing beats cubic inches.

I am not as obsessive as some of you, but am still fairly picky. At home I have a cheap manual Sunbeam machine and a whizzy blade grinder. Well it was interesting. The sound was a disaster again. I saw them at Narra earlier this year and the sound was bad, this time even worse.
