Re: External rechargeable power pack

Joyo jmp01 $119, a bit chunky but less than half the price of the slim Volto. Just put bigger feet on the front of your board to raise it enough. I just used two rubber chair tips, fit straight onto the existing feet.

Re: Using USB Batteries to power effect pedals...?

Joyo jmp01 a hundred and twenty bucks. Mines worked flawlessly for two years.

The Volto is around $240 or more

Re: Case for a Washburn Status Headless

when I had a Hohner B2A in the 90s, I took a trace of the shape to Derringers Music and they got a case made to fit . Wasn't a lot compared to an off the shelf case.No idea if there is still an Aussie company but worth ringing them :)

Re: What do you use to record snares?

cheers guys. I hear good things about Audix too. I have a Senny e602 kick/bass cab mic, ended up also getting a Shure Beta52a to try. I have a theory about micing cymbals. I'm not going to. They come thru just fine ambiently via the snare and tom mics. They always sound too loud compared to the rest...

Re: Learning to drive manual

We won't be driving cars in ten years time. I've been hearing that since I was 15. I'm now 44 and guess what? :) sticking your head in the sand won't make driverless cars go away. They are not a future nightmare, they are here now. We even have a trial here in Adelaide. now, ROCKET JETPACKS, I been...
