Re: Cole Clark Long Lady 5

I'd love to know a little more about how the headstock is fitted to the top of the neck. It is obviously an entirely different piece of timber, rather than an extension of the neck. I'd like a bit of detail on how it is joined. I suspect that there is a dovetail involved coming from that triangular ...

^No... I disagree... they are quite useful... As much as certain politicians (in Australia, America, and Globally) stimulate my gag reflex ... they ALL serve a purpose (that purpose isn't always good)... and occasionally they will have a good idea every now and again... The old adage applies... "Eve...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

I've always said that the advent of the NEM was really the creation of an artificial market - and all artificial markets are there for their creators, not the consumers, who then become 'punters', chasing false 'competition'. Indeed, the Enron scandal was the US indicator. I think whoever is/was a ...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

Another example of useful independent parties is Senator Leyonhjelm's personal, on-going battle with SH-Y. Besides just providing good theatre, the fact that it puts the Liberal Democrats and the Greens under the spotlight provides a bit of balance that I feel that both the ultra-conservative, and t...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

^ I think PH's ON party is useful... In my personal opinion, there hasn't been a single decent energy policy adopted, yet. Rudd's original carbon trading proposal was probably the best one, but it never got legs (and neither did Rudd, for the that matter). We must all be sensible AND proactive...and...

$12 Million to a think tank associated with Turnbull and Murdoch. https://www.afr.com/news/politics/think-tank-close-to-turnbulls-receives-12m-government-grant-20180723-h1317e Nice find ... not surprising ... Nor am I really critical of it, as it actually is to be expected ... It’s just good that t...

Hunt appears to be mis speaking. But a report released by the Australian Parliamentary Library yesterday contradicted the minister. Buried in the My Health Records Act 2012, is Section 70, which provides access to the records in some circumstances without a court order. The Australian Digital Healt...
