FS Ibanez Portamento SRF700

I bought this nearly 2 years ago from Bass Centre. It has never been gigged, never left the house. In perfect, as new condition. I changed the strings at some point, plenty of life in those. I keep thinking i need a fretless. I dont. Its fun for playing at home but it never comes along to a gig so I...

Re: Warwick Nobby Meidel

I played one for about 2 minutes a few years ago. They had one going cheap at the Dominant music sale. Absolutely hated it. Horrible neck, super chunky and felt unpleasant in the hands. I'm a huge Warwick fan ( i have 3 of them) so I was surprised i disliked it so much.

Re: Show us your gigs.

last Sunday I played for the City of Kingston Carols. Played on a huge stage to nearly 10,000 people. My husband took these photos. Apparently, I appeared up on the screen a million times. The grainy pic is a photo of the screen of me and Ms Ceberano. In one you can see bits of my hair hiding behind...

I play in a big band and we did a 60th birthday on Sunday at a great bike shop/museum/cafe. First time we've had an Indian parked with the rhythm section. fun gig.

Re: The Ebay thread - the good, bad, and ridiculous...

I've observed for a while that the Japanese are a great source for Japanese instruments, but their prices on anything else are usually very high. I think i read somewhere that these guys list these instruments that dont actually belong to them. When they get a sale, they go buy the instrument at a ...
