Try Pentatonic scales in all 5 positions up, down and across the fret board in groups of 2, 3 or 4 and play games with it. Eg; Em Pentatonic, 2 notes per string starting with open E. The thing about the Dingwall B for me is that it's not so much how great the open B sounds, though it's the best B string I've ever heard IMHO, but how good the notes sound as you fret your way up the neck. I have other high end 5ers and usually, they sound a bit daggy after say the D and get worse ...
