Re: GONE Crowther Prunes & Custard on Reverb

Yeah it's used you don't see them show up too often. I'll never sell mine. Looks like this one ended up going for $155 which was a bargain for someone

GONE Crowther Prunes & Custard on Reverb

Public service announcement... These don't come up all that often. I have no connection to this seller but was lucky enough to find a P&C recently, otherwise I'd jump on this. A really unique touch sensitive synthy fuzz with a blendable kind of envelope filter sweep. Someone here should grab it :yep...

I've imported at least one (secondhand) bass from Japan, since Jan 2017, with rosewood board.

Re: Rosewood bans..

The standard customs interpretation of personal items for tax does not include stuff a company is shipping to someone. I suspect that’s true for cites too. Ohhhh, ok. In that case, would a CITES pre-Convention certificate from the seller (this particular guitar is 2014) be the way to go? BTW am I r...

Re: Rosewood bans..

It’s not at all uniformly enforced. The stand out sentence in the Customs regulations posted by veebass is "CITES documentation is generally not required for imports and exports of personal items of up to 10 kg per shipment containing either Dalbergia or any of the three listed Guibourtia species."...

Re: Rosewood bans..

Hi guys, reviving this thread to see if anyone can clarify the situation re: importing a second hand guitar with a rosewood fretboard. I've read few different threads but I'm still a bit confused. Asking specifically re: importing a Gibson Les Paul from a Japanese seller into Australia. Thanks in ad...

Re: Buying a secondhand bass from a private seller in the UK - Rosewood neck

U r assuming the person confiscating the item has read the fine line about the 10kg. I heard from a friend hand carry thru airport is ok. U said it right about confusion - the customs may get confused themselves what is deemed a non-commercial import. May not be the actual qty. eg $250k Ritter bass...

Re: Red Witch Zeus volume mod question

Update..... Ben at Codtone did an awesome job on this. Sooo much more flexible now being able to adjust the volume of the octave and fuzz as well as the clean/wet mix of each. Thanks Ben!
