Re: International shipping tips, advice n stuff

My understanding is that shipping was NOT included in the assessment of whether the threshold comes into play. However, If it goes over the $AU1K threshold shipping etc then gets added in to calculate the amount of GST and duty (if applicable). That was a couple of years ago, so not sure if it is s...

Re: NBD: '91 Warwick Streamer Stage 1

Very nice! You should get some Warwick wax anyway, and I watched something about how to polish those marks out, they're usually in the coating so you can buff them out. Same with dirty stingray necks which are also maple finished with wax. Nice find though! I bet it feels and sounds killer. Yeah, I...

NBD: '91 Warwick Streamer Stage 1

This arrived last week. 1991 Warwick Streamer Stage 1. All original however the frets are questionable. They are normally bell bronze frets but it doesn't look like it's been refretted. It has a lot of wear but plays like butter. I was thinking of cleaning up the body but I'd probably mess it up. Do...

No idea what case was sold with mine. Yeah, the case is a good one.
I like the white guard on yours. That's a really nice Ray. Beautiful rosewood fretboard.

Re: NBD Stingray adventures

I can explain the black pickguard. I sold a bass on consignment at the BC recently , coincidentally a Stingray just not that one. However, that is the TKL case I sold it with. I changed pickguards on the bass and put the original black one in the pocket. So that's a win for you. Lol

Re: FS: USA Peavey Cirrus w/ OHSC (Melb)

The battery is crammed in the control cavity with the other 2 x 9 volts. 3 in total. Lol.
Nah, the w doesn't light up. The Warwick in my profile pic isn't my one. Not sure where I got that pic.

Re: WTB: Warwick Streamer Stage 1 4

From about '90 onwards they are maple I think but previously they had the wenge which makes it a little harder.
