Re: Having the strap nut on the back of the bass?

You could easily use one of the neck bolts to attach the strap to see how it feels from the neck end.

Would the subject line indicate this is not your first rodeo? I assumed it did.

I agree about the personalities thing that’s why my builds have been a bit disjointed so far!

Good on you! I hope they turn out well, looks like you’ve got some good ideas going there and some nice pieces to work with. I’ll be keeping track for sure!

To enrol no just a street address, but that doesn’t mean AEC won’t hold other info if given to them. They shouldn’t be using it to pester people though.

Re: Mesh wifi setups - anyone using one at home?

I just saw the repeaters claim 100% speed rather than the 50% of the google wifi, sounds like you picked a winner.

I only need one. At least, as soon as I find the right one, I'll only need one.

Re: BEAD Setup

I don't recall doing that, maybe I lucked out with the P I tried it on and it already had a wider nut slot. I imagine on most you would have to with the thicker gauge.

Re: BEAD Setup

Was just messing around with drop tunings, blame Nick Oliveri. I had some spare P basses lying around and experimented, I'm using all my basses at present and all my playing is on E standard so there endeth the experimentation.

Re: BEAD Setup

I got a set of BEAD Kalium/Circle K on a P and they sounded great. You can have them if you like, I won't ever use them again, I've gone boring standard 4 string tuning for good.
