Re: Who is obsessive about their coffee??

Uh yeah me, pretty sure I’d get laughed out of Brunswick East if I wasn’t... I’ve gone deep into non espresso techniques and beans as I prefer a strong clean cup but earlier in the year got my first espresso machine, a cheapy DeLonghi EC680 with a pressurised basket but it does decent long blacks/es...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

I don't want a discussion of attrition so at the risk of another wall of text I'll be brief. I asked for evidence of causality for your previous claims and was provided with broad anecdotes, and generally am as evidence, this is what I mean by not solid ground. The majority of the country supports S...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

You're conflating so many things I'm not sure where to start. Oh yeah, with marriage, and just marriage, not safe schools. Safe schools is not SSM. Unless school age children are getting married now under the safe schools program. There appear to be some long bows drawn and individual opinions state...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

"homosexuality should definitely be taught" The problem with that is that the SSC program makes no bones about it- it is all about propagandising to the point of inappropriateness. I'm sure the result would be many kids that are impressionable, will be adversely sexualised, experiment, and regret i...

Lots of ifs and maybes there, but homosexuality should definitely be taught with the rest of sex ed, when age appropriate.

Education isn’t appropriate to opt out, teaching evolution for example.

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

Regardless of messages, the postal vote indicated strong support for marriage, not marriage with provisions, not marriage with religious protections, but marriage, same for same and like for like. This is what should now be put into law, SSM as equal in every way, end of discussion. "Should the law ...

My first upgrade to the little practice amp was a 2x10 + 1x18 cab. Sounded like arse on fire. Got it in the late 90s and looked like it was from the early 80s.

Hah yeah I saw that, I usually pick up that paper for a laugh at the headlines and how stupid the copy is, it continues to live up to my expectations.

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

"but not immoral." Which morality? Should a Muslim butcher be forced to provide pork sausages? An Afro-American baker a KKK celebration cake? A Jewish baker a holocaust cake? Should a steakhouse restaurant be forced to hire a vegan-activist chef? ... So why can't SSM adherents just accept that some...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

The idea of including wording like article 18, is in short, to allow people to conscientiously decline (in a limited fashion) to be involved in, educated in, or be supporting of (through services rendered) the aspects of SSM itself. So its not just adherents of religion. And it is not the same type...

Musicman??? https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/hillcrest/guitars-amps/american-bass-guitar-/1166073584 Hasn't got a compensated nut, and the face of the headstock has been sanded back, the strap pin is not a MusicMan either it's a regular one, my guess is a Ray34 or OLP or similar budget model. 2 band...
