Re: 2 band EQ preamp?

Aguilar OBP-1SK and OBP-2SK are two band with stacked treble/bass pot. MEC also do them for Warwick not sure if you can get a hold of one easily... or cheaply.

Re: FS:Glockenklang Quattro

Alas I am too weak. I say this having gigged a Mesa 810 in the past at 80kg like an idiot and saying never again. Amazing price for quality kit, what's the going rate on a roadie do you think?

Tried a PJ quarter pounder set? Just a guess here.

Re: Build #2 - caution... guitar content

So nice and light! And a measured approach as well (unlike me who enthusiastically screwed up two necks on Saturday). Great work, Nick!! Kind of, I actually had only about 1mm to knock of the sides of the neck, Rob reminded me the belt sander takes a lot off, so one hit later and it's dead on... :s...

Re: A Sticky Situ-wah-tion...

Is the other side of the base plate rubber or metal? Can you flip it over?

Re: A Sticky Situ-wah-tion...

Yeah I don't think you will get much to stick to that rubber, same problem with boss pedals. At least these have screws you can mess with, like this. Worth a try at least.

Re: FS G&L L2000 honey burst

Back up, I've been told I have to sell one when I buy one now, fair call.

Still I do like it, and if it's for sale and nobody buys it that still counts right?

Re: Build #2 - caution... guitar content

Bit more progress Friday, fit the neck to the body, glued the board onto the neck, and cut out the control cavity, F hole and humbuggy neck pickup.

That's my little sanding stick poking out of the body there for cleaning up the edges of the F.

Re: A Sticky Situ-wah-tion...

I feel like the screws will provide the answer. You could try running two rows of Velcro stuck AND screwed in? Or if you can shape some wood or metal sheet to replace the bottom plate and stick Velcro to that?

Re: Warwick Dirty Blonde 5 Thumb $2800

Probably want to put up some pics not hosted on photobucket, they don't work no more. I'm using imgur now which works for me. There's a thread here about it with other suggestions if you search.
