Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

This will be interesting today. Hunt, Tudge and Sukkar appear to have realised it is a serious matter to slag off at the court, particularly while it is yet to hand down a decision on the matter you are slagging off about and you are part of the Government. Amazingly, they appear to have cooked up t...

Re: >1K bass import via Thomann and Customs/GST

The Stat Code is also required = 48. All they should require is a copy of the invoice and the completed import declaration form. There is an additional information field where you can specify the TCO code for duty exemption (TCO 9305368) Customs told me the seller had to make the declaration quotin...

Re: The new bass waiting room...

NRBird was impounded last Friday. Took initiative and called AusPost who gave me the Customs reference number, then called DIBP who sent me an email with links to the info I needed to complete the declaration. I received an invoice this afternoon. Whole process from phone calls to payment was 24 ho...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

^It isn't surprising that the Franchise Council would be lobbying against the bill. In fact, it should be expected. That doesn't make them right, it just would be their position not to have further legislation in the matter. I'm also not surprised that Michaelia Cash is stalling the debate whilst t...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

Ever wondered what happened to the Government's long awaiting Bill to tackle blatant and illegal worker exploitation of the type uncovered in some big franchise employers several years ago? Well have a read. They got busy lobbying the Government to do nothing. http://www.theage.com.au/federal-politi...

Great stuff Mark. Something else you might be interested in which is great for fixing dings. CA glue ( Cyanoacrylate )from Carbatec can be tinted with various stains (the small feast watson bottles from Bunnings are handy and inexpensive )to give it the right colour then applied with a dropper. Belated NBD- 1990 Greco Thunderbird IV

Always wanted a white TBird. Picked this up from Aussie Mark recently. Top transaction with a top guy. NBD delayed as Tinypic was not working for a while. Many here would know this bass from Sydney GTGs, so I won't go on much about it. Except to say, it is a corker. Enough bumps etc for me...

Thanks. The invoice is $US995 incl shipping. I have the form already downloaded and pre-filled as much as I can.
