Re: Ebay thread PART TWO - the good, bad, and ridiculous...

This looks so wrong to me, the alignment of the control plate to the body rings alarm bells.
I thought the 75 has https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BASS-GUITAR ... 438.l2649a triangle 3 screw neck plate?

I'd be keen too re group buy.
I am part of the group buy, Id be happy if you or someone else was to take my Bighead, I have just purchased a very expensive bass and would happily relinquish mine

Have you considered a medium scale ? I find 30" just too small. 32" is really comfortable and not as hard to go back and forth on long scale basses.
haven't considered 32 inch scale, may be worth considering , my fear is I will get a 30 in scale find that it feels like a toy

Lightweight shorties are an acquired taste. Totally fine once you get used to them. eg. Danelectro & Hofner.

Does weight matter?

What's your budget?
weight doesn't matter so much, under 4 kg really

open budget but like everybody need to get it at market value or less :yep

Short scale bass ideas?

So after much deliberation Ive come to the conclusion that maybe a short scale bass would suit me comfort wise. Calling on all fellow Ozbassers for there opinion on what type of bass would be good, really need something that has a good output from the pickups. Doing mainly rock in the current band ....

Some of the larger BNS,s pay by bank deposit but generally its the cold hard. We do travel anywhere from the coast all...
