Re: Post your Effects setup! (boards, racks, doowhackeys)

Battering Ram - Nothing else like it, can do sustain and sizzling like nothing else if you want. Legendary for metal. Really nice (really technical term). The only octave I've heard that I like and I generally stay away from upper octave pedals but the circuit in this one works perfectly with the O...

Re: Is there a bass overdrive that can go...

That Mozztronics pedal has me interested. I think the website say the pedal will work 9-12 volts DC.
I wonder if it's based off something like a TS?

Hey man - 4 pedals I've always wanted to try. Battering Ram, 5th Gear, Planet B and Olde Dirty Bass.

Long shot but any chance you could describe sounds of each one and how you use them? Even what they might be similar to?

FS Fender Frank Bello signature bass

Fender Frank Bello sig model. I've owned this one three times but it's not getting much use these days. It's a great, unique bass. Alder Jazz body, PJ pickups, chunky P width maple\rosewood neck, volume\blend. Plays great and sounds killer - also sports Fender branded Schaller BML Lite tuners and Ba...

Re: NAD Warwick Tubepath 5.1

Yeah, this is a great amp. Did an A\B with the Tubepath and Quad VI last night. Man has the Tubepath got some growl. Although both from the same family these amps are quite different tonally. Neither of them do "quiet" or subtle, but that's how I like them! http://i.imgur.com/J1RR8K7.jpg http://i.im...

Re: Is there a bass overdrive that can go...

EBS Multidrive can do clean boost right through to roaring overdrive. Doesn't get super crazy but stays fairly transparent from memory.
Aguilar Agro, same with maybe more gain on tap and more tonal control.

From Left to Right.
LTD Pheonix 1004 (not really red, but the pic I had handy), LTD Viper-404, LTD J-1004
they are redder than they look.

Hey man - is that my old J-1004? Underated bass.
Great photo too!
