I think you should ask both factories if they give you a free bass with the tour..

Prince's Guitar. https://reverb.com/au/item/6905359-schecter-cloud-prince-s-personal-purple-blue?device=m&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI28jmxYfC1wIVDM69Ch2vWwpmEAEYASACEgL3q_D_BwE&pla=1 Seems a bit cheap. I wonder what the catch is? :hellno: Yes it does.. You couldn't get Tony Levin' lunch box for that :-)

Re: Fretless has dead notes on all first 'frets'

If it is just the 1st few frets then it sounds like the neck needs a slight amount of relief. Back off the truss rod 1/4 turn and see if that fixes the problem. Remember - lefty loosey - righty tighty.

Re: Bathurst - the good, the bad and they ugly

So I am the ambassador of Bathurst eh ? I am just a single guy who likes to try and live under a rock so take my comments as such. Re: Jazz bass bridge PU position - 60s or 70s?

Being dual coil you can pretty much have one coil in the 70's and the other in the 60's. Are you going to do all the coil switching options that are available to you with the dual coils ?

One concert I would have loved being at was Oils On The Water in 1985. I reckon they were at their peak in terms of material. Check out Youtube for more of the concert. Here is just one track.
