Interesting. I guess one day they'll also include an active/passive switch with passive tone roll off. String thru body option would also be nice :2c: There have been stingray models before with string-thru. Someone will correct me, but my understanding of why they've never offered a passive switch...

Amber was always good with shure stuff and the works. Didn’t realise they were doing instruments too. Is dominant still in business? Looks like they have an online presence with some clearance items.
