^^ every cloud has a silver lining Absolutely- more pluses than minuses in this one. Some criticism of Turnbull for his performance on Q&A last night. I watched and unsurprisingly to some of you, I think the assessment below is spot on. Watch it for yourself if you think I am being too biased. I th...

Re: 79 Fender Fullerton "Jazz" bass HELP NEEDED

^^IMO That's for the electorate to decide. John Alexander byelection is a good example. See how it goes.

Re: SWR Goliath III users...

SWR has a rep for scooped tone but I think this is bc they started making cabs that could deliver decent bass and had good quality horns.... also that's how everyone played when they were the shiz. I had a III for a while and loved it. Turn the horn down and eq to taste. Very capable box. As always,...

Re: Who is obsessive about their coffee??

My coffee making is as old-school as my bass tone :).
I hand grind my own beans and use a stove-top espresso.

Only use the best East Timor beans.

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

Nice and straight forward I would have thought. On the surface, yes. But as I said before, a US Federal Judge has already ruled that because Massachusetts recognised SSM, then their public schools had a duty to teach homosexuality - despite it not being appropriate to teach any sort of sexuality to...

...because they're gay. When one runs a business, one joins the laws governing businesses. It is because of what is on the cake - not because they are gay. What?? Nope. A tower of Profiteroles is the same whether its for a gay or straight marriage. The only difference is that the couple is gay. You...

Re: Political Coverage By the Media in Our Country - PART TWO

...How is it not different to asking a Jewish or Islamic baker for a cake with a message, "Celebrate Pork Month" ? You could argue that creating a celebratory message about something does not necessarily mean one 'endorses' it, but it goes deeper than that. We don't have to guess much to see how of...
