Re: Tube Amps

Yes. Do it.

Customised enclosures would be a bit inconvenient to make but would be a unique selling point and attract the top end of the market internationally.

Re: Fender Jazz pickup cover over the bridge??

Foam over strings sounds different from foam over. Tape allows fine adjustment of muting pressure, and more even pressure across the radius. Muting BOTH sounds great. Re: The Fender JMJ Mustang has landed - now with photos

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice bass. The tone isn’t thin, it’s just not punchy and “hot” as i had expected. Expectation management is a very subjective and inexact science lol Yeah I hear you. Expectation management - that is a great term, and I think all of us have struggled with it at some point...

Pick it up, play it, and make your own opinion. I've played $3000 lemons and $300 gems.

Yeah it's nice when something actually lives up to expectations.
The amount of $ I've wasted on finding out what doesn't work for me could fund a revolution...

Peavey 612H cab "People online claim that these cabs had black widow speaker in them, I cannot confirm that but I can confirm that it sounds very sick as a bass or guitar cab" That makes all the difference :-) Does anyone know anything about these though? https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/liverpool/g...

Re: Neil Finn to join Fleetwood Mac

Maybe the naysayers are mostly from Oz & NZ.... always the way.

Globally, how many Fleetwood Mac fans know of him?
Globally, do these FM fans even know of Crowded House/Split Endz?
