ive fiddled with one in store a few times and without knowing what any of the controls/presets are/do i found that its an amp thats very hard to find a sound thats not usable, been contemplating selling the momark and getting one of these myself. the only thing is that they're kindy pricey for a mar...

i know what you mean, after using a 2x12 (or 2 2x12) setup for so long after buying the berg nv412 its a whole new ball park, its more plug, play, turn it up

Definitely consider the yamaha Bb's, but if you aren't totally set on a pj style check out the g&l tribute L or M 2500's...very nice basses and I'm pretty sure you can pick up a new one for under $1000

ok so i left booking the ferry too late and unless i only want to be in tassie for two days i think its a total waste :( so change of plans im coming to melbourne, going to do the great ocean road, check out philip island, hang around melb for a few days then back up home via the coast

Thanks everyone, That started more discussion than I anticipated and all gold - especially "pot-hole"! I have to say it is astonishing that an instrument of any kind should have a "blemish" such as this on it. It is totally unnecessary. I wonder what Flea thinks? fender probably pay flea enough not...

theres no need to drill a hole for machining purposes, body blanks would be mounted in the mill against stops to ensure each one is inserted properly, that way when starting each program on the mill the turret would zero in a standard position relative to the machine not the body blank purely for ef...
